And yet another noob enters our midst.

I'm just surprised there's not any Fire or Cold Green Hammers as with the conjures from the ele line and even mark of rodgort from the fire line make these hammers better than any sundering or furious mod ever. I never leave home without both of them and of course adjust which I used based on what we are about to face. I took a cold hammer in Hell's Principe with Conjure frost and Primal Rage and was pounding things for 120dmg nearly every hit. Not everything, but, most things and especially things that were fire oriented. Plus, the Lich I was hitting for 100-120dmg as well with my build. <grin>

They should just let you custom select what you want on your green item. If you want to change it, you have to pay a few plat.

That arguement is totally irrelevant, since any good players know how to weapon swap.

Fortunately they allow you to buy gold weapons in the new endgame of Prophecies for deldrimor steel and some other resources (about 20k total at the prices of the resources as they are now). So, you can buy the Deldrimor skins and still get the mods you want. Wish they would do that in all chapters/expansions now.

I don't see that happening since the factions endgame green weapons can drop as gold version in Urgoz and the Deep, For NF I don't know what to say since the endgame items already can be replicated with a gold except for the warrior, ranger and caster weapons.

I much like my Furious and Shocking hammers, always helpful, never found Sundering any use :/

Furious Destroyer maul of Fortitude and Shocking Mursaat Maul of Enchanting (don't ask :P)

I would use Hammers more but last I checked, they don't have the best of skill selection. Things don't compliment each other.

Has this been changed at all?

ITT hammers are bad and knockdowns aren't worth mentioning.

Heroes dont swap thou ... so they are best off with build-agnostic weapons.

Oh, PvE, well, being good matters not there, you could use any mods (or even a none max damage) and still win easily.
